You need to:

Have Technical education and / or knowledge and practical skills for servicing and maintenance of computer equipment - desktop and laptop computers.
Have practical experience in installing and configuring an operating systems.
Have a good level of English - reading specialized technical literature.

It will be good:

If you have basic knowledge of system administration.

As a Service Engineer You Will:

Make diagnostics and implement the relevant services.
Test the equipment and administer the activities performed in a specialized system.
Make the initial settings and configurations.
Install operating systems, software and hardware.
Make diagnostics, maintain and repair printers.
Communicate with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
Provide customer support with on-site visits to perform and complete installations, cost effective repairs and diagnostics.
